2023-24 Afterschool Registration

*You must already be enrolled at your school for the 2023-24 school year to enroll in the Out of School Time Afterschool Program.

Please use this form to begin registering your student for the Out of School Time Programs (OSTP) Afterschool Program. You will need to have your student's emergency contact, authorized pick-up, medical, and dietary information available to complete this application.

You must complete a separate online application for each child you wish to register.
